See if the country you are calling is  available and the prices among different numbers there , pick one and dial it from your telephone.

Example: I goto www.billiger-telefonieren.de , select  Japan , pick up the cheapest one and using the prefix number , will dial the required destination.

As shown above, dial the prefix number 01026 followed by the actual number
